I have made on mobile no.[protected] for a recharge for 300/- from airtel app. On the 28th november 2016 & the recharge didn't go through... So i called the customer service on the 1st to inform them abt the same & get it reversed they said they will log a complaint & the amount would be reversed in 24hrs (Complain ref# [protected])... Later i called bck again they asked me to wait till the amount reflects bck on my credit card which ideally should happen in 10wrking days... Which didnt happen... So i called them bck after gettin my bank statement.. On the 21st september 2016 i called bck & they said they would fill a complaint again & the amount would be reversed the nxt day by 19:00 (Complaint ref #[protected]) wic didnt happen either.. So i called bck on 24th september 2016 to chk on it... But the only information i get is i will place a complaint. I also told them dat its been over 25days now & it doesnt take that long for a resolution... But the supervisor says tht without a reference id for the transaction there is nothing that they can do... I told him i have my bank statement which shows the transaction & no reversal information... But they refused to help...
I dont think i hv to go through all dis hassle jus because of airtel's system error... N at the end of the day i lose my money too... I hv 3 connection wid airtel & i will soon choose to move on with it...
