My father had got a new sim card yesterday (Dec 22nd) 2 pm and the agent had informed that the sim will be activated today. However, when i visited the airtel office (Indiranagar) today the agent in the office was very rude and i have never experience agents being rude to customers.'
If these things continue you will loose many customers. He has told me that the sim will be activated by eod. If it is not activated i have to visit the office again on monday which is ridiculous. To get the sim activated we have to wait for 4 days?? And he doesnt have courtesy to explain on why it is getting delayed?? Such a nonsense i have seen ever.
