[Resolved] Airtel — Sending Messages failed

My number is [protected].
No messages can send from the 1st day I port from vodafone to aitel. the *#5005*7672# Call shows 'Setting Interrogation Failed'; I cannot set a new SMS Message Center #. By the way, I can receive messages

I tried putting the SIM in an android to see if I can update the telephone number on the SIM from UNKNOWN - no success.

Called the 198 at least 4 times - they either are clueless ("EXECUTIVES" are a useless bunch) or promise to fix withing 2 days (someone was going to get back to me 15 days back - they never did). All that happens is a charge for the 121 call (I pay for AIrtel's POOR service and their 'executives').

[protected] is continuously sending vulgar text. Kindly look into the matter. Resolve it to the earliest. Name of this person is Lalit. It is really irritating. This man should be behind do the bars.
