[Resolved]  Airtel — Shifting of connection and activation of iptv

1. I had applied for shifting of my triple play connection around[protected]-4059590) Airtel refused that shifting is not possible because of feasibility issues. 2. I then applied for a new connection with IPTV, which was successfully installed around 28/[protected]-4223935) and I was able to use IPTV till 4/[protected]. 3. Suddenly IPTV stopped working and since then I have been following up at different levels but all in vain including the appellate authority. 4. I was being asked to pay an amount of ₹3500 for new set top box and ₹1000 for installation charges. When I refused and exchanged emails, they agreed for this waiver. 5. Finally on[protected], I received email from appellate that due to feasibility issues they are unable to activate IPTV connection. I know this is all about money and also the monopoly that Airtel has over other service providers for IPTV.
