To Whomever Concerned,
I(Kavirajan P [protected]) have been a loyal customer to Airtel since 2005, last Thursday(6th October 2016) I had lost my sim, my sim is registered with my uncle's name, unfortunately he is in abroad now. Am unable to get a new sim with same number since he is present in abroad.
it’s been around 10 days still my mobile is in switched off mode. i have lot dependencies with this number as mentioned below.
1. All my banking transaction are mapped to this number (Consists of 3 banks)
2. All OTP online transactions are mapped the same number
3. All my friends and relatives have this number for almost 10 years.
4. Am using this number for both professional and personal purposes.
5. All verification and personal queries of mine are addressed in this number.
Hence please request you to provide me a SOLUTION to have my Airtel number ([protected]) back ASAP
Note:
1. I have my uncle’s photo and address proof with me
2. He is in abroad hence he cannot come in person to show room
Please process the request and help me out, LET ME SEE HOW CUSTOMER FRIENDLY this AIRTEL is with their LOYAL CUSTOMER
