Updated by sureshmegh Dear sir i am experiencing very bad service from you...i ported my no from idea to you... got your message that you hv verified my documents and forwarded that no to idea for porting... your shop also gave me sim which i should put in my phone after idea closes their service... saturday evening they closed service on my no. and when i put your sim it was also not working... today is third day monday night.. still no service... when i wrote serveral mails to you... went to your airtel gallery too... i dont understand who will port his no. to you and for what???? to close his phone completely????? and now i got email from your staff who are asking me address of airtel shop from where i bought sim??? for what?? after that you already accepted that verified my documents and then forwarded to idea for confirmation ... now what will you see? anyways, i hv provided address of that shop and still waiting for my no. to on... i wish i can go back to time by time travel and cancel my porting request...anyways i will count 90 days and will port from you for sure...

Updated by sureshmegh yes i emailed you address of airtel shop from where i bought sim.. but i dont understand what is your benefit for asking that information... your company accepted porting, verified my documents sent confirmation of porting to me and idea ... after that idea closed services and your sim not working. what will shopkeeper do to this issue?? its failuer of your system not that shopkeeper fault.. anyways i hv provided to you name and address and phone no. of that airtel shop to you. also i dont hv any alternate no. but for contact i hv provided my son mobile no. what else you want now?????? still i am waiting my no. to be on... today is third day... pl do something..
