Hello sir,
I have been using airtel for the psat 5 years and my sim stopped working on 11th december 2017 and i called customer care of airtel and they asked me to take it to the store and get it replaced so i got the sim replaced from the airtel store and submitted all necessary documents on 12th december 2017.
Since then its been 14 december more than 48 hours and even after making numerous complaints against the issue on twitter, facebook and by calling them the sim is still not activated.
Executives asked me to switch off and on mobile, when i am trying to contact customer care, they are stalling me by asking for 6-8 hours every time i call.
I am to contact people and missing on all the calls. As i'm a freelancer and all my customers reach me through phone i losing on my potential business. I am extremely harassed & mentally disturb by this and by complaining everywhere. I am unable to to have any resolution to this from any one.
