I've been using my Airtel number for the last few years in UAE. Mostly I use it for my banking message purposes when I'm here and whenever I visit India, I used to enable it to use it during my trip.
The SIM what I own was working fine for incoming messages and calls until the beginning of this year. And, it stopped working and I'm worried as I'd need it to be working on my upcoming India trip for various purposes starting from Airport (e.g. Arogya sethu, taxi booking etc.).
Can you please enable it as I have already tested with iPhone and few varieties of Android and no luck so far?
Please communicate to my email ID as soon as it's enabled. It's really stressful that we do not have any easily available customer support from UAE and no replies to emails as well. I'll have to change my SIM to another service provider if it continues.
