I was told again and again by the company calls and messages to upgrade my 3g sim to 4g so i decided to do that and bought a new 4g sim on 18th november, 2017 by following the procedure mentioned and removed my old sim and it was disconnected but the new sim which was supposed to work in next 24 hours is still not working. It shows no signal and i am not able to receive calls or use it in any form. This is very troublesome. Please sort this out soon.
