Airtel — sim upgradation charge

Yesterday i got my airtel sim upgraded to 4g. I thought it was free of cost but the airtel store from where i got my sim upgraded charged me 60 rupees. This is very shocking to me. Let me know if it is normal or they have charged me unnecessarily. Besides, the new sim i am talking about is showing only h sign and not lte or 4g. The airtel store is located at banjari road near kotak mahindra bank in the district headquarters of gopalganj.

You may proceed this issue through RTI against Airtel and copy the same to TRAI. May expect some expected solution from operator.
