I have wrongly recharged for Rs.248 which is A2A 15p/min instead of Local Mobiles.I called the customer care and they said there is no option of reversal for that tariff and how come this simple reversal process is not available if it is done by mistake.I wanted the amount to be reversed or it should be exchanged with Rs.215 LocalMobiles at 30p/min.
