My Airtel DTH account ([protected]) got suspended and account balance showing negative balance due to wrong package selection done by customer care executive.
Even after multiple follow-ups they are not taken seriously and I have decided to stop the service immediately and requested update the Database accordingly, still getting promotion call and SMS.
