Dear sir or madam,
Even after your directives and the obligation for airtel to provide lifetime free services and despite retaining balance in my account, it discontinued my services. First, are these companies telecom regulators? Second, how can they breach the contract? How can they use my funds when they discontinue my services? It's my hard earned money. Instead of improving their services this # company has chosen these techniques to improve arpu. Should it still continue be in business if it is not competitive? Because, same thing can be replicated in other industries. I don't see your influence on them as a regulator. I require you take strict and punitive action against them to seek reimbursements of amounts taken. Please refer screenshot attached. Blanking out my number to prevent telemarketing calls and inappropriate usage by others.
