I have requested for change in ownership of mobile connection from corporate to personal name. I had given the request on 1st of April and was told that it be will find in a weeks time. I got a call from an executive for address verification on 2nd April saying that he would cost my house the next day but it didn't not happen.
Later after two weeks, on 14th of April, my number for suspended all of a sudden without any notice. When I reached out to the customer care all they have to say is send a mail with any address proof scan and it will be done. I did that and after which I got a call from back end team saying the person will come home for verification and it will take 24 hrs. I blasted that person over call and he promised that he will send an executive by 8am next day and the number will be activated within 4 hours. Again it didn't not happen and I called up the customer care and they were absolutely useless and all they said is you will receive call from back end team. At last the verification person came at 11 am on 15 the April and verified and confirmed.
But till now (8.30 AM on 16th April) my number is inactive. Just that these people are taking customers for granted and do as they wish. I hope this forum helps me out and make them realize how important this is and customers are not fools. Was this information helpful? |
