Airtel — Talktime got deducted, not receiving OTP

I'm using Airtel service for so many years. From January my sim suddenly got disconnected and I'm not receiving any message or OTP though I'm recharging with monthly pack. This month i did 200 talktime recharge for 200 and activated 209 pack for receiving OTP but still I didn't receive any message or OTP. My talktime 200 got deducted on 13.3.2022 without any message and while checking Airtel app it's showing deduction reason is using internet which I didn't use. It's really very sad and disappointing with Airtel service. I don't want to use Airtel anymore. Pls help in resolving this issue.
