Airtel — talktime not inactive

I had recharged 399 onwards November. And it's valid till 23jan 18. But from last 10 days though net acive but calling has not done, only told that I hv no balance in my account. Please resolve this issue. I tried to contact customer care, they told it would be resolved in 24hrs but not happen anything. I did all what they said, till the problem has not been resolved. My no is [protected]. Plz resolved this issue ASAP. Thanks regards
