Airtel — the airtel customer relationship center refused to link my number with aadhar

Address: Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, 190001

I had approached airtel relationship center rajbagh srinagar j&k twice on 19th august at 11 am and today on 5:30 pm for linking my aadhar no. With my airtel mobile no. But the official on the desk refused to link the same and asked me to go a private vendor sitting opposite to their office. I am left with no option then to go to the consumer court.
