Hello,
I was adding money in my airtel payment bank card i chose online banking and then once the payment was made it redirected me back to the application page and there is displayed transaction failed however they deducted money from my bank account and the money didn't get added to airtel account. Then i mailed them regarding this and received an automated reply stating that they will reply back in 1 working day and it has been more than that and still no response from them.

When i surfed the internet regarding this i found out people all around are facing this issue and airtel is not refunding their money. And another thing i would like to mention is that there is no way of contacting them through phone because there is no contact number for customer service. We can only send them mails regarding this to which they will reply only god knows when. This new application of airtel is total rubbish, such bugs should be removed before launching an application and they are not even taking responsibility for this instead they are blaming it on the other parties, such as in my case my bank, and in other complaints i read they were stating that paytm is has received money however not adding it to your paytm account, etc.
And onto my bank statement it has clearly been printed that the money got deducted by airtel.

Money deducted twice.
