Sir, My phone is dead for the last 3 days on account of the referred subject. Initially it was informed that the change will take only 3-4 hours inconvenience. I have complained at least 3 times to your customer care and no solution . every time they repeat 72 hours.. I dont know why? Now I regret of having an Airtel connection. No responsible person / service.
