Airtel — unable to activate the sim as 59059 not working

I am unable to activate my airtel sim as 59059 is not getting connected, though my sim is showing airtel signal. I just ported my number from vodafone to airtel and now my both the sims are not working. This is my primary sim. And also i am out of station that’s making my life more difficult as i am stuck with no network. It’s really urgent, please help me in activating my sim.
