Airtel — unable to do recharge for prepaid numbers

Hi,
I have been trying to do recharge for my prepaid numbers since yesterday, i am always getting transaction failed error however i paid through via paytm, phonepe or airtel wallet. I visited the airtel outlet and raised a compliant with them. They are also unaware of it. And they are simply asking us to call a toll-included number and that lady in the call is spelling for hours : (
I want to do recharge as i could able to do anything with my mobile.

Could someone please resolve this asap?
