I recently converted my airtel connection to prepaid from postpaid, thereafter i am not able to recharge online.
I tried calling customer care many times, they don't respond to my calls. Initially my call used to get connected to airtel postpaid staff, they told it isn't their concern and told me to speak with prepaid staff (Which is not happening, since my call is not going to prepaid staff).
Till now i tried called airtel people nearly about 30 times with no help. I got frustrated and tried porting to another network, but has to wait for 90 day period to do the same.
