Airtel — unable to make any outgoing calls

I am inserted my airtel after few months.. L have activated new plan of rs 448 yesterday but i am unable to make any outgoing calls even though customer care number also. I have tried my best to make any calls but i am not make that. So i want to complaint in the customer care no but it is also not going it simply says 'call is ended' please help me
