Airtel — unable to recharge @ [protected], [protected]

I have been trying to recharge since night but its getting unsuccessful. When contacted to customer care, they are saying it will get rectified soon. But i need to make some urgent important calls. This is hampering my routine works.

I would like to complaint about the same and also since last 4-5 months i am facing issue with your network.
