Unable to Recharge after Postpaid to Prepaid Migration.

Due to arrogant behavior of airtel i am unable to recharge. When going to site or store it is saying " Please enter valid prepaid no."

No body taking any action please help

I have dropped mails and even twitted to airtel presence and [protected]@in.airtel.com

no response till now

no outgoing calls very difficult
