I am user of my plan family on my numbers [protected] and [protected]. Since 11 apr 2015 i am not able to use data on my child number [protected]. I have register complaints against the same problem many times since 11 apr 2015. Customer care executives asked me for 3 days every time to resolve the same.But the problem remains same till date. I am paying my all the bills in time then why i am facing these problems.My complaints number are 61289994, 61295122, 61313001, 61391298, 61421971, 61438254. I am very harassed by airtel since last 10 days but still they are telling that you have to pay the bills as per your plan.Resolve my above said problem plz.
