I had given an application for disconnection my number +[protected] on 16 March 2018. I cleared all my bills same date.
They acted promptly and disconnected my connection same day.
After two months of disconnection they started following up for bills. It has been very frustrating for me work. I gets numerus call and mails from Airtel for bill payment, even though I have completed all formalities for closing the account.
Every day a recovery person comes to my office to recover money and have to explain everything to that person.
This has become very tortures for me and spoils my lot of time. I have mailed everything to all possible email IDs of Airtel with no result. This situation I am facing from more then 4 months.
This is not the 1st time they have done this they had forced me to pay 2 month bill (around 18thousand) in November also. They were not sending me bills and suddenly they use to disconnect my number, which was quite embarrassing for me. So decided not to pay and constantly send mail to resolve my bill issue without and result. Finally I had pay them bill for the period in which I had not used the connection. Since this number was with all my clients.
I have everything in mail so I can not attach that.
Now I need compensation for all the mental and financial torture I have faced/facing. Was this information helpful? |
