Hi,
I am formally registering complaint against airtel for arbitrary levying of one time charges without intimating of applying these charges, this is either wrong doing if their employees to meet targets, either way they cannot charge without initimation this is gross fraud and i demand that others be careful and airtel administration reigns in its spurious employees, as they claim these charges are applied automatically, if that claim of your employees are true you would be subject to violating consumer rights as a company policy. You are suggested to take cognisance before this comes to your doorstep as a major company policy wrong doing. If it's not a company policy discipline and fire the erring and corrupt employees.
