I am chandan kumar from bangalore, a regular customer of pre-paid airtel ([protected]) from last 6-7 years. I am facing a very annoying and disturbing thing from last 2-3 weeks, when ever i tried to make a call, i have to wait to completion of airtel ad or saying about my account balance of data.
Stop this immediately. It is frustrating to listen this bs when i am trying to make a urgent call also after airtel ad call used to drop so i have to call again and listen again.
I am fine to get those information as message. But should not be while making my call.
This is my request to immediately stop this!!!
I am not able to do out going call. I have balance of rs. 300 plus. Simply getting ad then call gets dropped. Please fix the issue asap.
I cannot use my mobile and getting harassed. Also no way i cannot contact airtel customer care executive, no option at all.
I will file a consumer case against this. From morning i am trying to call but in-vain.
