This morning at about 10-20am i received a missed call to my mobile no [protected]. When i called back it is a recorded sex talk, which i could not even switch off. It ran for awhile. After it ended message of billing read it is 6minute call costing rs 150/-i wonder how airtel can allow such spurious calls and eat away all our balances for no fault of me. Please look in to the matter and restore my account balance. How a 6 minute call cost rs150-? Please inform action taken to my email [protected]@yahoo.com

Updated by P.L.Narasinga Rao Customer service representative called back and told us they are calling about the complaint. Told us they are calling from Airtel. asked for bank card details to remit the RS 150. When we got the text they are trying to take ₹4900 out. We had to immediately call our bank they did confirm that they tried to take ₹4900out of our account
