I'm a frequent user of the USSD services that airtel communications provides. They usually confirm a recharge by asking us to press 1. But this once they activated a 2G data plan amounting Rs.176 without any confirmation. I called them up and they say they cant refund my money. I would serioudly like to get my money back.
