Airtel — Vahiyat harkate

From last 3 days my network is working very slowly and generally it's not working.
I tried to connect to company but they are not responding . I use to this company's service from 4 to 5 month but these type of behavior I never see they are not pick up my phone calls even not reply my massages and they don't want to heard my problem.
This network too slow so I use wifi to fill this complain . Even their App also not responding.
So please solve my problem soon as possible.
