Airtel — very poor behaviour of customer executive.

I bought an airtel postpaid sim card[protected]u). I cancelled the order because your customer executive rahat khan ([protected]) provided me no information about the plan. I cleared them on the verification call that i don't want to use this sim, please don't activate it and provide me the refund and the documents i provided to the customer executive rahat khan. So, he texted me a contact number vishaĺ ([protected]) saying this guy will refund the amount and the documents you gave.. From last 2 weeks this guy is ignoring my every call by saying that it is not our job to provide you the refund as it is our companies job.. I am calling him every second day.. He is rude, non co - operative and ignorant.. I am fed up with this attitude of your company.. Now the executive rahat khan, who provided me the sim is also not responding.. I called him 6-7 times.. Tell me how can i get back my money and documents..

I have been using Airtel since 7 years and haven't faced major issues. But since past 6-8 months I am facing call drops while city drives, poor network, suprise internet usage alerts etc in Bangalore.
