Airtel — While adding money from axis bank to airtel money transaction got cancelled and amount got deducted and i have not got added amount to either

while adding money from axis bank to airtel money transaction got cancelled and amount got deducted from my account and its not got added amount to airtel money and its not reverted back to bank aswell.

Please look into this do needful.
