I am not able to use my broadband since 12:32 PM 30th October, the resolution expected time has been changed constantly for 24 plus hours, I have not received any details on the site of occurrence of fault or engineers working on the fault. There is no confirmed resolution time. I have mailed for disconnection without any response from the company.
