I was using the services of idea and got a call to port to airtel
So i have requested to complete the process and executive said process will be done by 24/8/17 and i have continuously did follow up but till now i haven't received sim
Now my idea sim is disabled and not in a position to receive calls as well
I don't understand the delay by airtel
I think i wil receive sim after generation of 3 months bill
Please look into the below and solve the issue
I'm really very much disappointed and frustrated with the service of airtel
I have ported to airtel and porting process also completed but i have not received sim
Even now if you call me to hanover the sim my phone is not working
I'm not finding words to express my anger
Definitely i will take this to senior management level with all the sources i have

Airtel proved third time also that they are least bothered about customers

My idea sim got deactivated and i have not yet received my new airtel sim
What a worst service you are providing
What a way to welcome to customer who have ported from other service thinking airtel provides best service
Please treat this as urgent and send my sim immediately

I'm suresh kumar borra, mobile number [protected] using the services of idea
I received a call from airtel and after interacting with customer care executive.. I opted for 499/- plan and via biometric procedure completed the port process at tarnaka store in the month of july, paid 300rs too, they said it will be added in the first month bill...
Store executives said within a week, port process will be completed and i waited for almost 20 days and went to store 6 times but port process is still on... After great difficulty i took my 300rs back and thought airtel is not interested in new customers
This month i received a call from airtel and again as a stupid i applied for airtel postpaid by submitting port code on 22/8/17 and have been told by executive that will receive sim by 24/8/17 and the same day airtel services will be activated... As i applied for portability idea gave me good offers but as plan is good at airtel i just moved ahead with my decision but as i expected till now airtel service not got activated and i didn't receive sim as well
Once again airtel proved that it is not required new customers...
I'm drafting this mail just to know whether your department is bothered about new customers or you will also make me feel 3rd time that my assumption is correct
