Worst customer service ever, my Digital TV[protected] req id) is not working since friday. I had called so many time till yesterday evening, but they did not answer my phone, at first they said engineer is on the way but then started ignoring my calls, his name is arjun. It is time to switch to tata sky, they have better after sales service. Be aware Guys...
