Airtel — Wrong deduction without reason

My name is Krupa pavani. I'm using Airtel number for more than 10 years. Im in Qatar now and I face repeated main balance deduction without reason. On 17.12.23 after recharging with Rs.500 my main balance is Rs.587, I came to India on 22.12.23 and I came to know my balance got deducted without any mail/ sms by contacting customer care.

Again on 02.01.24 RS.100/ got deducted and meanwhile I raised a complaint with both consumer complaints and Airtel. After few mails they responded and told that they will revert Rs.133/- for RS.496/-.

On today 11.03.24, I tried to check my validity and I came to know my main balance is Rs.3/- which is completely shocking and disappointing. I didn't receive any sms/ mail regarding any of these deductions.

I'm using Airtel for many years and I'm in Qatar now and my sim is in roaming and I keep it for extending validity but facing deductions without any reason whenever I recharge my number towards main balance.

It's very disappointing and frustrating to go through all this after recharging for main balance.
