[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong dth id recharged

I have paid Rs 1000 on[protected] at about 09:22 hrs through PAYTM, for recharge of airtel digital TV ID [protected] . But by Mistake i have entered wrong DTH ID [protected].
Please rollback this transaction from [protected] and credit to my DTH ID [protected].

My DTH Id is :- [protected]
My Registered mobile number is :- [protected]
My Registered email id is :- [protected]@gmail.com

DTH location is :- Allalpatti, Darbhanga, Bihar - 846003.

Please do a needful help.

Complaint marked as Resolved

I have not received any email or phone through company . I have again recharged my DTH through credit card, But that wrong transaction have not credited to my account . How it marked as resolve . Please help.
