Today around 6:15, i recharged a wrong mobile number i. E [removed] of rs. 598 using online recharge sbi rewardz. Immediately, i realized my mistake as i did not receive any notification. Soon, i mailed sbi rewardz but i was told to reach airtel office for resolution. Below is the response of the sbi rewardz (‘reference number orn -[protected]).
"• we would not be able to modify your order[protected] of recharge for mobile number [protected] as it has been successful as confirmed by airtel and top-up/balance/recharge benefits has already been given to the number • please get in touch with airtel directly to resolve this issue.
Correct mobile number [protected]
I even contacted the customer care but i did not get an option" speak to customer person". I called the customer care from different number and i was able to raise my request.
