I recharged from the airtel website where it said i will be getting 1gb per day. But after recharging the sms and balance check says it is just 1gb per 28 days.
I tried calling the customer care numbers (121, 198, 12181) multiple times cant get through to an agent. Some of these numbers are not toll free either, and i spent over a hour calling them. There seem to be no proper outlet to call and complain in airtel. Was this information helpful? |
