From my airtel prepaid number [protected] i checked on *121# for recharge plans and got an offer saying @ rs.92 6 gb data 28 days validity but after recharge i got just 7days validity. Customer care says we cant do anything. Airtel is mentioning wrong recharge plans on *121# and misleading customers. It says *121# is wrong number but its totally working with airtel showing correct balance validity other info, and if so then airtel must notify about wrong or changed number to customers but didn't. Operator should extend validity or refund the amount. Attaching screenshot of wrong misleading plans.
