I have called customer care of airtel to request to tell me the 30 days plan for uk as international roaming.
I checked with her follwing:
1. Recharge amount: she said 2500
2. Validity: she said 30 days
3. Whether 3g will work there or not? : she said yes
4. Free incoming calls : she said, unlimited free incoming
5. Outgoing: she said 1500 minutes.
So i did the recharge while i was on call with her by confirming the recharge amount 4-5 times.
She also told to keep balance more than 100 rupees.
So another 400-500 i have added recharged.
Now my family girl went to uk and she called, we called h thinking its free but after few minutes call disconnected.
When i called airtel customer care they told " sir yor have put malaysia pac/wrong pack
I told i was given this pack by your customer executive but they said that i never called.
This is the limit.
I am loosing the trust on airtel completely.
This happened for mobile number: [protected].
From 3-4 months i am trying to get refund / adjustment of the money but no use.
How can airtel cheat a customer like this.
I have loosed 3000 rupees almost.
