Airtel — wrong recharge of airtel number

Payzapp says it will be refunded by airtel then they will refund me
And airtel representatives says it will be refunded by payzapp.
Am held in middle with no solution to my query.
Ive tried calling and reaching many times the whole day.
Request to kindly take action asap.
