I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred with my mobile phone account. On [1 feb 2023 today ], I unintentionally recharged the wrong mobile number and would like to request a refund for the amount mistakenly credited

I deeply regret the oversight on my part, as it was a result of a genuine mistake while entering the recharge details. The incorrect recharge was made for the mobile number [[protected]], whereas the intended recharge was meant for my own number [[protected]]. I realized the error shortly after the transaction was completed.

I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this situation by refunding the amount of [3360rs] back to my account. I understand that such cases require investigation, and I am willing to provide any necessary information or proof to support my request.
