This is the complaint regarding my airtel number [protected], i opt from postpaid to prepiad. Visited the airtel store which is 6 km away from my house., after submitting the documents airtel store guy asked me that sim will be activated with in 2 - 3 days. After two days, my Postpaid sim got deactived and on the other hand my new sim was not activated.
Contacted their customer care, wrote email, till one month they did not had any answer for this. When i wrote to their appelant authority they told me wrong sim was given by the airtel store guy and asking me to visit the store again and submit the same documents. Mt concerms are why should i visit the store again?This is the mistake at Airtel site, in giving the old sim and identifying the cause. If they had identified it immediately then i would have viaisited the store but this was the negligence at their side. So sim should be deliverd at my door step.
