Dear Sir, My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms for activation of game on the very same day I called your customer care for deactivation of the same because I have never opted these services next day again I had received the SMS I again called your Customer care they have appolised and told that no VAS services activated on your mobile and no charges will be levied to you please ignore the sms but in my current bill 99 Rs has been charged for VAS services while I have never given as TRAI had directed telecom operators to obtain explicit consent of consumers "through consumer originated SMS or e-mail or FAX or in writing within 24 hrs of activation of the value added service and charge the consumer only if confirmation is received from him". If you have any permission from my side please let me know My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please waive off the amount as soon as possible else I shall take the matter to TRAI. Regards Rastogi
