Airtel — Wrongly charged for Nepal calling from India after Earthquake

Dear sir/madam, I made an international call to Nepal from my prepaid mobile phone number [protected] at Delhi, India to provide help for Earthquake victims. As per information repeatedly flashed on Indian Television, all international calls from India to Nepal are being charged at the rate of local calls in India.But, I have been charged @ Rs:12/= Pl arrange to do the needful at earliest and inform me accordingly.
