Hi,
I ported my no back to AIRTEL from IDEA last month on 18th March with commitment given to my for full network coverage. But unfortunate to see that there is no improvement in the services. I raised the issue with the appellant Authority as well but till now I have only given assurance. I have lost connect from society whenever I am at my home and incurred loss in my professional world. Now I am stuck with AIRTEL for next 60 days as I got my no ported just 30 day back.
Pls find the trail below mail from me and AIRTEL. In the last mail they claimed to visit my home but no one till now has visited my home which is on the First Floor. Interestingly when I received a call on my one handset with AIRTEL no the signals were so week that even they admitted the fact that yes I was right and they had to call my other no of IDEA.
May I request you to kindly help me as I have lost hope from AIRTEL.

I think you are understanding but not admitting the fact that how can I deal
with NO COVERAGE/NO NETWORK/CALL DROP issue at my home. Pls suggest as I
am
raising my concern after 30 days of the Portibality.If you cross check your
record I raised my first issue on 18th March¿not on 18th April which is today.
Pls suggest as I have already given 30 days to AIRTEL. I am stuck with you for
next 90 days and cannot take it for even one day. Pls appreciate I am paying
for the services. Also I can¿t be staying out of my home just to help you
to
understand your ¿No TIMLINESS¿ assurance.
My 100% of job requires unintrupted network and coverage. In fact I should not
get banishment from the society if I am at my home.

NETWORK/CONNECTIVITY at my residance¿not at my office.Your techician visited my
office(addres mentioned below) and promised me to pay visit at my residance and

Dear All,
This is to inform you that I ported my
mentioned mobile no from IDEA to AIRTEL last month on the basis of the
commitment given by you sales team that your services have improved.But I feel
cheated that you have worst services. At my residance I have been facing issues
from call drop to singnal going to ZERO. Intrestengly I have maximum Signal in
my best room is only 2 bars.I reported this issue to your Call center to Mr
Sandeep Singh on 22nd March @ 17:56 hr. Today when I called up to
check the status on it I came to know that there is no complaint taken on my
behalf. When I insisted to speak to your Manager I was told by Mr Ramanjyot
that I would receive the call back in next 10 min time but I have not received
any of the call by the Manager.
I would like to understand as what
for I am paying. In case you fail to give me the services do let me know so
that I can go to another cellular provider.
