We had booked a door delivery consignment from Bangalore to Perumbavoor. At the time we get the products, the agent tells us that we can only pay the carriage charges by cash or to his personal bank account. Is it possible or not to transfer funds to AKR Express's account?

A New wooden Cot and Metal Bero transported from Kumbakonam to Chennai on Nov 08, 2021 by AKR Express pvt ltd. Condition of Bero is damaged. Its Rear legs and back frame has been collapsed.
